the fryer off immediately and let the solution cool for a few minutes before resuming the process.

Do not drain boil-out solution into a shortening disposal unit (SDU), a built-in filtration unit, or a
portable filter unit. These units are not intended for this purpose, and will be damaged by the solution.

1.11 Polishing
The 3000 Version 3 displays a series of prompts when a polish filter cycle is under way. To initiate a polish, press and hold
the arrows simultaneously. The steps are detailed below. A “waiting to polish” message may display until the signal
is received that the vat is ready for polish cycle to begin.
