2 Move the Handle [1a] to the rightward (1) and
turn the knob [1c] to the right (2). Remove the
jammed paper (3).
Note • If paper is torn, check for any torn pieces of
paper in the unit.
3 Return the Handle [1a] to the original position.
4 Close the front door of the HCF (A4 2 Tray).
Note • If the front door of the HCF (A4 2 Tray) is not completely closed, a message will appear and the
machine will remain paused.
Paper Jams at the Handle [1b]

Open the front door of the HCF (A4 2 Tray).
2 Move the Handle [1b] to the rightwards (1) and
turn the Knob [1c] to the right (2). Remove the
jammed paper.
Note • If paper is torn, check for any torn pieces of
paper in the unit.
