  If you're unable to control your air conditioner via the mobile app, verify the following: * Ensure the indoor unit is receiving power. * Confirm that your access point is powered on. * Check that your smartphone is not in flight mode. * Make sure both your smartphone and the WLAN adapter are connected to the access point. * Try disconnecting the air conditioner from its power source, waiting 15 minutes, and then reconnecting it before attempting to use the app again.
