I am not able to operate
the air conditioner from the
mobile app
Conrm that the indoor unit is connected to
the power supply.
Conrm that the power to the access point
is on.
Conrm that your smartphone is not in
ight mode.
Conrm that your smartphone and the
WLAN adapter are connected to the ac-
cess point.
Disconnect the air conditioner from the
power supply, then reconnect it.
Wait for about 15 minutes and try the
operation from the mobile app again.
