I am not able to operate
the air conditioner from the
mobile app
Conrm that the indoor unit is connected to
the power supply.
Conrm that the power to the access point is
on.
Check that your smartphone is not in ight
mode.
Conrm that your smartphone and the
WLAN adapter are connected to the ac-
cess point.
Disconnect the air conditioner from the
power supply, then reconnect it.
Wait for about 15 minutes and try the
operation from the mobile app again.
