  If a card inserted in the ExpressCard slot of your Fujitsu Laptop isn't working, try removing and reinstalling the card. If the card was installed while an application was running, close the application and restart your notebook. Ensure the correct software driver is active for the card. Check the ExpressCard documentation for the required I/O address and change the settings in Device Manager. Verify that the card and other devices are not assigned the same I/O address in Device Manager.

  If the Suspend/Resume button on your Fujitsu Laptop isn't working, enable the button by going to the Control Panel > Power Options Properties and select 'Choose what the power button does' option. Also, close all applications to rule out any software conflicts and try the button again.

Also, ensure you have the correct password if your system is secured, and verify the Security settings in the setup utility.
