Troubleshooting
Having this problem? Check the followin g po int s:
Picture is wrongly adjusted
► Run the Factory Recall function
in the OSD
menu.
The Auto Processing message appears.
Picture disturba n ces (ve rti cal lines) ► Press the
AUTO
button to perform
auto-adjustment of the screen.
Picture disturbances (horizontal lines, picture
noise)
► Press the
AUTO
button to perform
auto-adjustment of the screen.
The screen becomes darker
The backgroun d lighting has a limited lifetime.
If your monitor display should become too dark,
the background lig hting will have to be replaced.

For DVI connection:
Despite the correct resolution of 2560 x 1440,
small fonts are not sharp or are illegible and
black font is shown coloure d. (The i nforma tion
menu of the monitor shows a resolution of 1280
x 1440).
► Use the DVI ‑ D ual Link data c able which
was supplied with the monitor.
