Power supply unit (PSU)
The server can be equipped with:
– with up to two AC PSUs
In its basic configuration the server has one PSU that adjusts automatically
to any mains voltage in the range of 100 - 240 V (PSU Platinum, 450 W) or
200 - 240 V (PSU Titanium, 800 W). Besides the PSU, a second PSU can
be installed optionally to serve as a redundant power supply. If one PSU
fails, the second PSU in the redundant configuration ensures operation can
continue uninterrupted and the defective PSU can be replaced during
operation (hot-plug).
– with up to two DC PSUs
In its basic configuration the server has one PSU that adjusts automatically
to any mains voltage in the range of -40.5 V to -57 V. Besides the PSU, a
second PSU can be installed optionally to serve as a redundant power
supply. If one PSU fails, the second PSU in the redundant configuration
ensures operation can continue uninterrupted and the defective PSU can be
replaced during operation (hot-plug).
– with one AC PSU or DC PSU and one FJBU
Fujitsu battery unit (FJBU)
FJBU behaves as a modular UPS in the server. When power fail happened, the
server can operate by FJBU for a while. FJBU supports hot-plugging, and can
be replaced during operation.
You can download the management software (FJBU management software) for
the following OS:
– Windows Server 2016
– Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2012
– Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1, Windows Server 2008 SP2
I FJBU management software is not available in VMWare ESXi and Red
Hat Enterprise Linux environment. Please use the IPMI function at Linux
environment.
