When you cannot uninstall the software
This section explains how to troubleshoot when you cannot uninstall ScanSnap Manager,
ScanSnap Organizer or CardMinder.
1. Restart the computer and log on as a user with Administrator privileges.
2. Remove the installation information.
For details, refer to "Removing the installation information" (page 16).
3. Install the software.
For details, refer to "ScanSnap software" (page 39).
4. Uninstall the software.
For details, refer to "Uninstalling in Windows" (page 73).
