Com mon Faults and the F aul t Diagnosis
The following faults may probabl yocc ur during the using of t he inverter, please refer to the methods
des cribed below to pe rform the faul tanalysis.
1. N o Electr icity Disp la y
1)Chec kwith mult imeteri f theinput power supplyof the inverter is consist ent with itsra te dvoltage.
If there issomething wrong with the power supply, pleas e checkand remove it.
2)Chec kif the three-phaserectifyingbridge is intact.If t he r ectifying br idge has be en e xploded,please
seek technical service.
3)Chec kif the CH AR GE indicator is on. Ifthe indicator is off,t he faul t will be on the rec ti fyingb ridge
orthe buffering res ist ance .If theindicatoris on, then the faultmay probably lies in the switchon/offpart,
please seekfor help.
2.The air Switch Trips o ff A fter P ower-on
1)Chec kif the earthing or short cir cu it occurs between theinput power s uppli es and remove t he problem.
2)Chec kif the r ectifying bridge has bee n broken down.If so, seek for the servi ce .
3.TheMotor D oesnot R unAfter the Inverter S tarts to Run
1)Chec ki f there is e qua lizing three-pha se inp ut b et ween U,V and W. If yes, the motor circu it or itself
may bedamaged, or themotor stops tur ning f or m echanicalreason.Please r emoveit .
2)If there is in putbut thethreephases are not equalizing,thei nve rter driveboard or the o utput module
may bedamaged. Please seek fortheservice.
3)I f t here is n o out put voltage, the drive board or output module maybe d ama ged.Please seek f or t he
service.
4. When the P ow e r-on Inverter D i s play s Norm a lly, th eA i r Switch Trips off A f te r t he Op eratio n.
1)Chec ki fthe short circuit occur s betw een the output modules. I fye s, ple ase seek t he service.
2)Chec kif the short circuit ore art hing occurs between themotor lead wires. If yes, pleaseremove it.
3)I f t he tripping occ urs only occasionally and the distanc e between the motor and the inverter is bi g,
