1)The sta ndard motoru sed is the 4-pole squirrel cage as ynchron ous induction m otor.If othe rkind of
motoris used,pl ease be sure to selec t th e applicable i nverter accor ding to the rated curr ent of the motor,
andpl easeconsult u s if theuser wants t he in verter t o drive the permanent magne tic synchronized motor.
2)The cooling fan of non-variable frequency mo tor isconnected to the roto rin the same bearing, s o the
cooli ng effectis weakenedif the speed is low,t hereforeuse the variable-frequency motor or install a
cooling fan in the overheat condition themotor.
3) Theinverterh as already been configured with the standardparametersfor applicable motor, please
be sure to m odify the def ault values orperf orm the moto r par amete r iden tifica tion acco rding to the
actu alconditions,otherwis e the oper ation effect or prot ection perfo rmance may be r educed.
4)Short-circ uit in thecable or motor mayca use the inverter alar m oreven d amage the i nverter.
T her efor e, please conduct the insulation short-circuittest to the cabl eand th emotor installed for the
firsttime. The short-circuit test shallalsobecar ried out in routinemaintenance.Payattention thatthe
inverter shall be separatedfrom the unit dur ingsuch test.

TheAC motor dri ve has go ne throu gh r igoro us qualit y control tests at the fac tory be fore shipment.
After receiving the AC dri v e, check for the following.
Receiving
1.Check to makesurethat t he pac kagei ncludes anAC dr ive,t he User Ma nual,dust cover sand rubber
bushings.
2.Inspe ct the unit to insure it was not damaged d uringshi pm ent.
3.Makesure tha tthe par t number indicat ed o n the nameplatecorrespond s wi th the part numberof your
order.
St orage
TheAC Drive sh oul d be kept in t he s hippi ng carton before install ation. In order to re tai n thewarranty
cove rage, theA C drive should be stored properly when itis not tobe used for a n extended periodof time.
Some storagesuggestions are:
1.Store in a clean, drylocation.
2.Store within an ambienttemperature range of -20 C to +65 C .
3.If possible, store in an air-conditio ned environme nt where the r ela tive humidity is less than
95%,non-condensi ng.
4.Do not store theACdrive i n pl ace swhere itcould be expose dto corrosive gases.
5. Please st ore theAC drive o n a shel f or on an stab lesurfa ce.
