Cautions

1. Check the I ns ul a tion oft h e Moto r

Whenthe motor is used for the fi rst tim e, or reusedafter storing f or a long time, or in regular checkup,

the user m ust check t he insulationof themotor t opreventthe poor insulationof the w indings of motor f rom

damaging the inverter. T hemotorconnection must be di vided from the inverter during the insulat ion c hec k.

It i s recommen ded to usea 500VMega-Ohm-Met er to checkandthe insulationresi stanceshall not be less

than 5M .

2.The rmalProtectionofMotor

If the r a te d ca pa ci ty of the motor se le ct ed is no t ma tc hi ng t hat of t he in v ert er, especiall y whe n th e rat ed

power of the i nverter is big ger than t hat of themotor,makesure t o adjust the p ar ameters formot orprotecti on

insi dethe inverter or to install a the rmal relay tothe mot or to guarantee the prot ec tionto t he motor.

3.Running a tFrequencyAbove Rat ed Fr equen cy

The output fr eq uency of this inverter is 0~600Hz. Pleaseconsiderthe capability of t hemechanica l

devi ces wh en thecustomer needs t he inverter to run atthe fre quencyhigher than 5 0Hz.

4.Mot or He ata nd N ois e

Si ncethe output voltage of the inverter is in PWM w ave with some harmonics,t hetemperaturemayris e,

the no ise an d vibration may increase c ompared with the inverter running at main frequency.

5.Pressure-sensitive Devi ceor Capacitor at the Output Sideoft heInverter

Becau se t he inv er ter output s PWM wa ve, the cap ac itor used for improving powe r factor a nd p ressure -

sensit ive resistorus ed for l ightening-proof sho uldn' t be ins tall ed at the output side of the invert er, otherwise

the i nverter may ha ve transient ove r-curr ent a nd may be da ma ged.

6.Switches Us ed at t he InputandO utput t erminalof theInverter

If thecontactor is requiredto bei nstalled between thei nvert er and t he power s upply, it is prohibited to

star t or stop the inverter with the contactor. If the user has to use the contactort o starta ndstop the inverter,

the i nte rval between th e start and st op shall be less than one hou r. F requent charging and dis charging may

reduc ethe life ofthe capacitor.If t he swit ches like contactors arec onnect ed betweenthe output termina l a nd

the mo tor, ma ke su reto s tartand stop the inverterw hen the inverte r has no out put, otherwise the modules in

the inverter may bedamaged.

7.Usage Outside t he Range of R ate d Voltage

The DZB serie s inve rtershallnot be used out of t he specified range of operation vo ltage , o therwise the

int erna l componentsof the inve rtermay be damaged.If nee ded,please use c orre sponding voltage regulation

devi ce to cha ngethe voltag e.

The modificati on o f DZB ser ies inverter f rom3-phase input to 2-phaseinput is not al lowed,or fau ltmay

occur.

9. L i gh tni n g S tr ike Prot ecti on

There are lightning protecti ondevices inside the inve rte r, But the use r should inst al l other lightning

protectiondevice at the front end of the inverter if lightning strike occurs frequently.

10.A ltitud e and Deration

Whenthe a ltitudeis higher t han 1000m, the cool ing effect of inve rteris de teriorated because of t he

rare fac tionof ai r, thederationmust be used a ndplease consult our company for detailed technical support.
