FUSION Electronics Limited ('FUSION') warrants th at this FUSION Marine product is free from defec ts in ma teri al a nd workmanship , according to the
following terms a nd conditions:
The initial limited warranty for the FUSION product purchased extends to the first 12 months beginning on the date of p urc hase of the product
The limited warranty exte nds on ly to the original consumer purchaser (consumer) of the product and 1s not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchas er 1 end user.
The limited
warranty extends only to consumers who purchase the product 1n one of the countries (or areas) set forth on www .fus1onelectroni cs com . The limited warranty is
only val1d
in FUSION's intended count!)' (or area} of sale of the product
Ounng the limited warranty per1od, FUS ION or its authorised serv1ce network will repair or replace {at FUSION's discret ion]. any detective product or parts thereof with new and
retum the product to the consumer in working cond1tion. No charge Will be made to the consumer for either parts or labour in repairing or replacing the product. All replaced
parts and cosmetic parts should be free of defects at the time of shipment and, there fore shall not be covered under these limited warranty terms
Repaired product wi ll be warranted for the balance of the original warranty period or for mnety (90] days from the date of repair , wtlichever is longer_

The consumer shall have no coverage or benefits under th is limited warranty if a ny of the following conditions are applicable:
The product has been subject to: abnormal use, abnormal cond1tions, 1mproper storage. unauthorised modifications, unauthorised connections, unauthorised repair including
but not li mited to use of unauthorised spare parts in repairs, misuse, neglect, abuse. accident, alteration. improper installation, acts of God, spill of foods or liquids, maladjust-
ment of customer controls or other acts which are beyond the reasonable control of FUSION. 1n cluding deficiencies in consumable parts such as fuses. and breakage or damage
to antennae unless caused directly by defects in materials or workmanship, and normal wear and tear of the p roduct
FUS ION was not noti fi ed by the consumer of the a ll eged defect or malfunction of the product during the applicable limited warranty period
The
product serial number or the accessory date code has been removed, defaced or altered
The
product was used with or connected to an accessol)' not supplied by FUSION or fit for use with FUSION product, or used in a manner other than its intended use
If a problem develops during the li mited warranty period , the consumer should take the following step-by-step procedure :
1. The consumer shall return the product to any authonsed FUS I ON deal er in authorised sales countnes for repa1r or replacement processing. FUSION assumes no f reight or sh1p·
ping responsibility tor retum ing goods to an authorised FUSION dealer, or return frerght from an authorised dealer to the consumer submitting the warranty claim
2. The
consumer shall be charged for any parts or labour charges not covered by this limited warranty. The consumer shall be responsible for e:ttpenses related to removal and
reinstallation of the
product
3. If the product is retumed to FUSION after the exp1rat1on of the warranty period, FUSION'S normal service policieS shall apply and the consumer will be charged accordingly.

zal Fusion of haar geautoriseerde servicenetwerk elk defect produ ct of onderdelen daarvan [naar keuze van Fusion] repareren of door
nieuw vervangen en het product in werkende staat aan de consument retoumeren . De consument zal niets hoeven te betalen voor de onderdelen of de arbeidskosten voor het
repareren of vervangen van het product. Aile vervangen onden::lelen en kosmetische onderdelen moeten op het moment van verzending vrij zit n van defecten en vall en daarom
niet onder de voorwaarden van deze beperkte garantie.
Het gerepareerde product wordt gegarandeerd voor de resterende dagen van de orig1nele garantleperiode of gedurende negentig {90) dagen na de datum van reparatie, wat
het langste is.

Als er tijden s de beperkte-gar a ntieperiode een probleem ontst a at , moat de consument de volgende s tapsgewijze procedure volgen:
1. De consument zal het product voor reparatie of vervanging naar de plaats van aankoop terugbrengen
