tionaldesignsuseawhitepasteastheinterfacebetweenthesedevicesandtheheatsink,thisisnotaperfect
solutionwhencompletesurfacecouplingisrequired.SoallMarineAmplierscomeequippedwithacompositeheat
transferringtape.Coreheatinsemi-conductorscausesdistortionandpoorcomponentperformancecharacteris-
tics.TestinghasshownamassivereductionincoreheathasbeenachievedbyusingtheFUTRANZheattransfer-
ringtechnology.Insimpliedtermsthismeansexcellentthermalstabilityandmaximumcomponentreliability.
