responsesettinglatewillincreasethegyrosensitivityandimprovethecontrol
performance.Also,iftheresponsesettingisdelayed,thepowerconsumption
oftheservowillbereduced.However,iftheresponsesettingistoolate,the
operationcannotkeepupwithhigh-speedoperationofthehelicopter.
