What to do if Gamatronic CENTRIC 50 kW UPS batteries failed last test?
    • R
      Richard RichardAug 17, 2025
If the Gamatronic UPS batteries failed the last test, it could be because the battery voltage was lower than acceptable. You can check the voltage threshold value for the battery test (350 V is recommended) and repeat the test after 2 hours. Also, check the DC voltage between the leads of each battery; if any battery measures less than 10 V, replace it immediately.

Why are all Gamatronic UPS modules not responding?
    • S
      Stephanie NobleAug 20, 2025
If all Gamatronic UPS modules are not responding, there may be a communication problem between the modules and the controller. Check for breaks or disconnections in the communication cable. You might also need to reboot the controller. A defective module could be monopolizing the communication channel; try removing one module at a time to see if the problem is resolved, replacing any defective module.

What to do if actual responding modules are less than defined on Gamatronic CENTRIC 50 kW?
    • C
      Craig GonzalesAug 22, 2025
If the actual responding modules are less than defined on your Gamatronic UPS, it means either too many modules were defined to the system or too few modules were inserted. If too many modules were defined, correct the definition in Setup > System > Number of modules. If too few modules were inserted, insert the proper number of modules.

How to fix AC input failure on Gamatronic CENTRIC 50 kW?
    • L
      Lisa BanksAug 26, 2025
If there is an AC input failure on your Gamatronic UPS, verify that the input circuit breakers are ON and that the input cable connections are secure, because there is no AC input voltage.
  • B
    Brandy ThomasAug 28, 2025
What happens if AC input voltage is high on Gamatronic CENTRIC 50 kW UPS?
    • C
      Charles PrestonAug 28, 2025
If the AC input voltage is too high on your Gamatronic UPS, the UPS can handle it for a short time before transferring the load to bypass. If the bypass voltage is also too high, the UPS will switch to battery mode, because the AC input voltage is higher than normal.

    Joshua GoldenAug 31, 2025
What happens if AC input voltage is low on Gamatronic CENTRIC 50 kW UPS?
    • L
      Lauren TaylorAug 31, 2025
If the AC input voltage is too low on your Gamatronic UPS, the UPS automatically transfers the load to bypass. If the bypass voltage is also too low, the UPS will go to battery mode, because the input voltage is lower than normal.

How to fix adapter PC710 not responding in Gamatronic CENTRIC 50 kW?
    • N
      Nicole MillerSep 2, 2025
Replace PC710, because PC710 is a communication adapter in the computer rack.
  • J
    Jason CannonSep 5, 2025
What does a temperature fault mean on my Gamatronic CENTRIC 50 kW UPS?
    • J
      Jill StricklandSep 5, 2025
If the Gamatronic UPS temperature fault occurs, it means the battery temperature sensor has registered a temperature outside of the acceptable range (too high or too low). You can display the measured temperature via the Status screen by tapping on the battery icon.

    Denise WillisSep 8, 2025
What does it mean when the Emergency Power Off is active on my Gamatronic UPS?
    • C
      Christopher GrahamSep 8, 2025
If the Gamatronic UPS shows that the Emergency Power Off is active, it means the EPO switch has been activated.
  • J
    James HoodSep 12, 2025
Why is the static switch sending an alarm on my Gamatronic UPS?
    • J
      John SmithSep 12, 2025
If the static switch on your Gamatronic UPS is sending an alarm or warning and one of the voltage measurements for the inverter, bypass, or output phases is shown as 0, it may indicate that one of the AC fuses on the front of the left column has burned out.
