9. If you notice any odour of descaling solution still, then repeat the steps 3 to 8
once more.
10. After descaling, insert the water filter (see: ‘Inserting or Changing the Water Filter’).
Note
After performing three descaling processes, you should insert a new water filter.
11. Erase the DESCALING warning: with the appliance switched off, press the
power button and steam button simultaneously for at least 5 seconds. With
the next start of the appliance, the descaling indicator will be dark and the
appliance starts again measuring the amount of water used until descaling is
required.
Note
The frequency of descaling can be adjusted to the water hardness of the water
used for the machine (see: ‘Adjusting the Water Hardness’).
