Making an audio recording
To make an audio recording, use the built-in microphone or connect an
external microphone to the Mic port.

Click
Start
,
Programs
,
Accessories
,
Multimedia
, then
Sound Recorder
. The
Sound Recorder opens.
2.
Click
Edit
,
Audio Properties,
then set or check record volume levels.
3.
Click
OK
.
4.
Click

(Record). Recording starts.
5.
When you are finished recording, click
■
(Stop). Recording stops.
6.
Click
File
, then
Save As
.
To make an audio recording
Note:
Connecting an external
microphone will disable the
built-in microphone.
