Use Mode button
GE camera's provide a convenient mode button, which allows you to easily switch between shooting modes. All available modes are
listed as following.
Mode Name Icon Description
Auto mode Switch to take still pictures in automatic mode.
Manual mode
Switch to take still pictures in manual mode, where many camera settings can be congured.
Panorama mode Switch to capture a sequence of shots and stitch them together into a panoramic photo.
Stabilization mode
Switch to take still pictures by reducing image blur caused by hand shake, low lighting
conditions,, or slow shutter speeds.
Scene mode Switch to take still pictures in 20 dierent scene types to choose from.
Movie mode Switch to record videos.
ASCN mode Switch to have the camera automatically select the best scene type for still pictures.
Portrait Switch to take portrait pictures under normal conditions.
