Capacitor volts are low before the line
contactor closes.
This status code will be displayed during “key on”
when the capacitor volts is less than 85% of battery
volts at initial key switch on.

Line contactor does not close when
capacitor does not precharge.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Defective control fuse (FU5).
· Check control fuse for open circuit.
Replace fuse, if necessary.
Loose connector at P1.
· Verify connection at P1.
Verify that no external load has been
added to the open side of the line
contactor tips.
Verify that hydraulic pump motor
contactor tips are not welded.
