Always use the sheff in its "low"
position with Fast Bake.
FastBake offers the best features of microwave energy and convection cooking. Microwaves
cook food fast and convection circulation of heated air browns foods beautifully. Any oven
temperature from 225°F. to 450°F. may be set.
For Best Results...
Always usetheshelf in its "low"position with FastBake.
The shelf is required for good air circulation and even browning.

Fast Bake with Preheat
[] Press the FASTBAKEbutton.
Tum the dial to set the oven
temperature and press dial to enter.
Do not enter combination cook dine
now. (The cook time will be entered
later, after the oven is preheated.)
Press the START/PAUSEbutton
to start preheating.
[]When the oven is preheated, it will
signal. If you do not open the door
within 1 hour, the oven will tuna off
automatically.
]Open the oven door and, using caution,
place the food in the oven.
[_ Close the oven door. Turn the dial to
set the cook time and press to enter.
Press the START/PAUSEbuttonto start
cooking.
]When cooking is complete, the oven
will signa! and turn off.
NOTE: Youmay changethe cook time at any time
during cookingby turning the dial.
Youmaychangethe oven temperatureand
microwave power level at an), time during
cookingby pressing the POWER button. Turnthe
dial to set the oven temperatureandpress the
dial to enter. Then,turn the dial to set microwave
