Assign export drive – DVD/CD drive or USB
Assign file name and select format in which images to be stored, i.e. JPEG, AVI
Select save
Remember to eject USB device from the alphanumeric keyboard.
BMP files to be read on the computer (cannot be read back on E8)
TIFF files to be used in publication (cannot be read back on E8)
Jpeg files to read on the computer (cannot be read back on E8)
Voluson format compressed (4dv)-Files to be read on 4D View.
Voluson format uncompressed (4dv) Files to be read on 4D View.
PC format (Jpeg AVI) -These are images to be read on the computer but are saved as a mixture
of single file images and cine clips
MAC format (Jpeg Mov) -These are used for Apple Mac computers only (cannot be read back on
the E8).
