If the system does not seem to be heating the water, follow the
troubleshooting flow chart below to identify the source of the problem.
Measure the water temperature
and compare it with the reading
on the top side control.
Is the difference
greater than 2 °F (1 °C)?
Verify if the temperature probe
is in contact with the water
or if hot air from the back can
affect its reading. Use foam
to insulate the probe.
Replace
the heater.
Replace
the board.

Are the heater wires
properly connected
both to the board
and to the element?
Tighten the heater wires
both to the board
