Circulation Pump Not Working!
If your MSPA-MP has a defective circulation pump, carry out the following
tests to correct the problem:
To increase the life of the relay, a "snubber" circuit is used on the circulation pump relay.
With this type of circuit, even if no circulation pump is connected to an output and relays
are open, the voltmeter will continue to get a volt reading around 60. This is normal.
It is important to take voltage reading when circulation pump is connected to the pack.
Power must remain On.
1• Verify if low level programming
has been programmed properly
(see Low Level Section).
2• Start circulation pump by setting
temperature set point 2° higher
than actual water temperature.
4• If you don't get a voltage reading,
replace board's circulation pump
fuse.
5• If problem persists, replace the
board. (Refer to "How to Replace
the Board" section.)

3• Remove plastic cover and take
voltage reading between circula-
tion pump's black and white wire
connectors.
240 VAC pump: P36 & P54
120 VAC pump: P36 & P41
The reading shoud be:
≈ 240 VAC for 240 VAC pump
≈ 120 VAC for 120 VAC pump
