What to do if my GEL DOSAMATIC PP display shows “ERROR MEM” or “ERROR DATA”?

      Maurice GarciaAug 5, 2025
If your GEL Water Pump display shows “ERROR MEM” or “ERROR DATA”, it indicates an issue with data. For “ERROR MEM”, reload the default values by following the “Load default” procedure at section 11.9. For “ERROR DATA”, check the entered data; if the errors persist, the pump may be undersized.

Why is my GEL Water Pump not dosing even though the magnet is giving impulses?
    • J
      Jordan RodriguezAug 13, 2025
If your GEL Water Pump is not dosing but the magnet is giving impulses, it could be due to several reasons. First, check that the foot filter is not clogged by impurities and crystals. The suction hose might be empty, meaning the pump isn't primed, so repeat the priming procedure. Also, air bubbles might have formed in the hydraulic circuit, so check the hoses and fittings. Finally, the product being dosed might be producing gas; in this case, open the discharge tap to release the air or replace the pump body with a self-venting one.

What to do if GEL DOSAMATIC PP is not dosing and magnet is not giving impulses?
    • F
      Frank Salas PhDAug 19, 2025
If your GEL Water Pump is not dosing, and the magnet isn't giving impulses or the stroke is cushioned a lot, it could be due to crystal formation blocking the balls. Try cleaning the valves and circulating 2-3 liters of water instead of the chemical. If that doesn't work, replace the valves. Another possibility is an obstructed injection valve, in which case you should replace the valve.

How to troubleshoot a GEL DOSAMATIC PP Water Pump that does not switch on?
    • S
      Stephen ContrerasAug 28, 2025
If your GEL Water Pump does not switch on, first, check that the mains voltage corresponds to the voltage indicated on the rating plate of the pump. Also, check the fuse; if it's blown, replace the electronic card.
