the pump will display the “Delay” (Pump Activation Delay), if any, as shown in fig. 5.
Press a key to skip the “Delay”. The pump will display the current “Strokes” (fig. 6).
Press and keep “RIGHT” key pressed to enter priming mode. The pump will show for 30 seconds the
display as per fig. 4. When the chemical begins to flow out from the little drain hose, immediately close the
discharge knob (except for self-venting pump bodies).
After the 30 seconds the pump will be back to the operating mode (fig. 6). If you wish to skip the time set
(the pump has primed the product), press “ESC” key.
Pump is now operating. Carry on with the setup and programming.
5 - WORKING MODES
PPI and PP metering pumps can work in the different following modes:
5.1 “CONSTANT” working mode
Pump doses at a constant rate according to the values of “SPH” (strokes per hour), “SPM” (strokes per
minute) or “LPH” (litres per hour) set during programming.
When to use this mode?
This mode is useful when there is no input signal available and it is necessary to dose per hour the desired
quantity of product.
