Preparation for setting
G Remove protective cap a.
G Move the bonnet out of the end positions
to enable the handwheel to be turned in
both directions.

Setting the stroke limiter
G Turn the stroke limiter anticlockwise
upwards using the supplied setting tool b
until the male thread is visible.

Releasing the seal adjuster
G Turn seal adjuster c clockwise
downwards until it stops.
Setting the seal adjuster
G Move the bonnet to the desired CLOSED
position by turning the handwheel.

G Turn seal adjuster c anticlockwise
upwards until it stops.
G Move the bonnet to the desired OPEN
position by turning the handwheel.
b
G Turn the stroke limiter clockwise
downwards until it stops using the
supplied setting tool b.
Important:
The seal adjuster must not turn
during this process.
