Tension control:
Users can adjust the damping to exercise
according to their needs. This product
provides 15 speed adjustment (1~15) and
damping (1 minimum ~ 15 max).
1. Hold the rotating base (4) in the
direction of the arrow and turn it gently.
Be careful not to damage the Monitor
during the rotation, so that the Monitor
can be folded properly.
2. Grab the Slideway supporter (A2)
with both hands, lift the machine in the
direction of the arrow and stand upright,
so that the roller plug (27) and the
cushion foot pad (18) can touch the
ground at the same time
