outside the United States, call the sales office where you purchased
your Infinity Plotter. Have the following available:
• Sales order number
• Version numbers of Infinity firmware and software
• Version number of AccuMark software
• Type of hardware used
• Operating system used
• Description of problem
• Purchase date
• Exact wording of any messages seen on your plotter control
panel or on your workstation monitor
