ATTACKboilersserveforheatingsystemswithforcedcirculation.Rateofwaterflowcanbesetby
theswitchonthepump.Beforefillingtheheatingsystemwithwater,itisnecessarytocleanthe
systemproperly.Heatersanddistributionmustbeflushedoutseveraltimes.Forthoroughflushing
andcleaningoftheheatingsystemwerecommendtousecleaningagents.Ontheinletfromheating
systemtotheboiler,afiltermustbemounted.Werecommendbrassfilterswithsidecleaning.The
filtersmustbecleanedregularlyaccordingtofouling.Maintenanceoftheboileriseasierwhenonthe
inletaswellasontheoutletofheatingthereisavalve.Filtersandvalvesarenotdeliveredasboiler
accessories.Theheatingsystemmustalsobeequippedwithafeedingvalvewithnon-returnflapvalve
connectedtowaterpipingthatservesforfeedingandpressurizingtheheatingsystem.
Thehardnessofwaterintheheatingsystemisnotrecommendedhigherthan3mval/l.Intheboiler
thereisa7-litrepressureexpansiontankenablingconnectingtoaclosedheatingsystem.Ifitis
requiredbythesizeoftheheatingsystem,anotherpressureexpansiontankistobemounted.The
recommendedtemperaturedifferencebetweenoutcomingandincomingheatingwaterfromthe
boileris15-20°C.Forreconstructionofheatingoranewsystemwerecommendsmall-volume
heatersanddistributionsinthesmallestdimensionsregardingtofastriseofthesystemtothe
temperatureandquiteabigflexibilityofthesystem.Processofwaterfilling:whenfillingwithwater,
theboilermustbedisconnectedfromelectricity,deareatingvalvesontheboilerandheatingsystem
mustbeopen.Setthesystemtothepressureof1bar,thendeareateandsettothepressureagain.

Ifthevolumeoftheexpansiontankishigherthan7litres,itisnecessarytoaddanotherexpansion

condensationeffectitisnecessaryfortheheatingsystemtobedimensionedtotemperaturedropof
50/30°C.Theboilerisequippedwithasiphonthatbeforestartmustbeflushedoutwithwaterof
about100ml.Theoutletfromthesafety3barvalveisnecessarytoconnecttothedischarge
piping.
ConnectingtheboilertohotwaterpipingmustbedoneinaccordancewiththestandardSTN06
0830.Thepipingmustbeequippedwithallthedeterminedfittings.Maximumfeedingpressureof
hotwateris6bar.Hardnessandcompositionofwatermustsuittovalidstandardsfordrinking
water.
Beforeconnectingaboilertothegaspipeline,thepipelinemustbetestedandadjusted.After
connectingtoaboiler,allthegasconnectorsmustbetested,includingpipingandfittingsinthe
boiler.Boltedconnectionsofthegaspipelineaswellasthoseofthewaterpipingandheating
waterpipingmustnotbestressedbyanyadditionalforce.Gasinstallationmustbedoneaccording
tothestandardSTNEN1775.
Guaranteedoesnotapplytothecasesofcloggingtheexchangerorpumpbyimpuritiesfromthe
system.
