Modulationoutputoftheboilerisfactorysetupandsuitstominimumaswellasmaximum
rotationsofthefan.BecauseoftherightworkingoftheboileritisnecessarytocheckCO
emisionsinwastegasformaximumandminimumoutputoftheboiler.
Howtocheckandsetup:
–turntheboileronwiththehelpofacableintoelectricalnetwork
–dismantlethefrontcoverandthecoverofclosingchamber
–checkthegaspressureintheinletbyrelasingthescrewofinletpressurecontrol.The
boilerisadjustedtoconnectingpressureofnaturalgasof20mbar.Afterchecking,tighten
thescrewup
–installtheprobeofwastegasanalyzerintothepipeofwastegasexhaust
–startthetestingmodeoftheboilerbypressingthebutton_______forlongerthan3
seconds.Withthe+/buttonsatthesymbol______setupthevalueof99correspondingto
maximumoutputoftheboiler
–turningthescrewwithaflatscrewdriversetupthevalueofCOto8.7%.Whenturningthe
screwclockwise,thevalueislowered(fig.No1)
–afterreachingthisvalue,withthebuttons+/atthesymbol_______setupthevalueof00
correspondingtominimumoutputoftheboiler
–turningthescrewoftheregulatorsetupthevalueofCOinwastegasto8.7%(fig.No2).
Whenturningthescrewclockwise,thevalueisincreased
–
–AfterstabilizingCOemisionsat8.7%,setupthevalueof99againwiththehelpof+/
buttonsatthesymbol_______andcheckwhetherthesetupvaluehasnotchanged
–Ifthereisachange,thevaluemustbecorrected.
Aftersettingupitisnecessarytomountthedismantledpartsonagain.

Whenadjustingthescrewontheregulator,itisnecessarytousetheoriginal
screwdriverTORXTX40.Otherwisethescrewcanbedamagedandthereisno
guaranteeforthiskindofdamage
Ifthegasvalueissetupcorrectly,thevalueofCOformaximumaswellasminimum
outputisthesame,8.7%,andthisvaluecannotbechangedduring1minuteafter
repeatedcontrolformaximumandminimumoutputoftheboiler.
