What to do if my Glacier bay TBD water keeps running?
    • P
      Patrick PowersAug 12, 2025
If water keeps running in your Glacier Bay toilet, first, check that the flapper is fully closed. Remove any debris from the flapper and the flush valve's sealing area that might prevent it from sealing properly. Also, make sure the flapper chain isn't too tight. Adjust the chain length, leaving only a small amount of play between the flush lever and the chain, to ensure the flapper can close completely.

How to improve flush quality of Glacier bay TBD?

      Brandon GregoryAug 23, 2025
To improve the flush quality of your Glacier Bay toilet, ensure the water level in the tank reaches the water line marked on the flush valve's overflow tube. If it's low, turn the adjustment screw on the fill valve clockwise to raise the float cup. Also, check that the flapper chain isn't too loose. Adjust the chain length so the flapper closes completely, leaving only a small amount of play between the flush lever and the chain.

Why no water flows into my Glacier bay TBD Toilets tank?
    • D

If no water flows into the tank of your Glacier Bay toilet, first, ensure the water supply valve is completely open. Then, check the debris filter screen for any obstructions that might be restricting the water supply. To inspect the screen, turn off the water supply, disconnect the supply line, and remove any debris from inside the threaded shank. Reconnect the supply line, turn the water on, and check for leaks.
