What to do if my Glacier bay G15 Toilets has no power?

  If your Glacier Bay toilet has no power, first, try short pressing the 'Flush' button on the main unit. If that doesn't work, make sure you have installed the battery before using the toilet.

This document describes the Glacier Bay Smart Toilet, Model # G15, an advanced toilet system designed to enhance home improvement with its intelligent features and user-friendly operation.

Function Description:

The Glacier Bay Smart Toilet is a comprehensive smart toilet system that integrates various functions for hygiene, comfort, and convenience. Its primary function is to provide a modern and efficient toilet experience with automated features. Key functionalities include:

Washing Device: Offers both rear washing and front washing options, with a "Moving washing" mode for expanded cleaning area. The nozzle position is adjustable across 5 levels, and water volume can be adjusted across 3 levels. It incorporates a pressure maintaining device, automatic pressure relief, automatic nozzle cleaning, anti-syphon device, anti-backflow device, and a filter device for safety and hygiene.
Drying Device: Provides warm air drying with a 6-level adjustment for temperature, enhancing comfort after washing.
Flushing System: Features a siphonic jet flushing mode with a flush volume of 1.28 gpf (4.8 Lpf). It supports automatic flushing after use and foot sensor flushing for hands-free operation. A battery box is included for flushing without power during outages.
Heated Seat: The seat offers 6-level temperature adjustment for comfort. It includes a burn protection feature where the seat temperature automatically drops slowly to a low level after 10 minutes of continuous use.
Lid Auto Open/Close: The lid automatically opens when a user approaches the toilet and closes 3 minutes after the user leaves. It also supports opening the seat by remote control or hand, with the seat and lid closing automatically 3 minutes after the user leaves.
Foot Sensor: Allows for hands-free operation of the lid and seat. Users can touch the sensing area with their foot to open the lid (when both lid and seat are closed), open the seat (when the lid is open and seat closed), or close the seat and lid and activate a flush (when both are open).
Deodorization: Utilizes a photocatalyst-free method to eliminate odors. The auto deodorization function activates when a user is seated and stops when they leave.
Night Light: Features an intelligent night light with "Always on" and "Always off" options, and a smart mode that detects ambient lightness to turn on/off.
Sterilization: Includes a plasma sterilization function that can be activated when the user is not seated and washing/drying is off. It runs for 2 hours automatically.
Energy Saving (ECO Mode): Reduces power consumption by lowering the seat temperature to level 1.

Usage Features:

Remote Control: A comprehensive remote control (C) allows users to manage all functions, including drying, washing (rear/front, moving), nozzle position, water volume, water temperature, night light, seat temperature, deodorizer, flush, and lid/seat open/close.
On-Unit Buttons: The main unit (A) also has buttons for Stop, Rear Washing/Moving Washing, Front Washing/Moving Washing, and Flushing, providing direct control.
LED Display: Provides visual feedback on current settings such as sterilization status, water temperature, seat temperature, and ECO energy saving mode. The display activates when seated or a button is pressed, and goes off after 30 seconds of inactivity.
Self-Inspection: Upon power connection, the toilet performs a self-inspection, indicated by buzzer beeps and flashing lights, ensuring all systems are operational.
User-Friendly Interface: The remote control and LED display are designed for intuitive operation, with clear icons and adjustment levels.
Power Leakage Protection Plug: Equipped with a leakage protection plug for safety, requiring users to press the reset switch and test button periodically.

Maintenance Features:

Main Unit Care: Requires shutting off power, cleaning with a soft, damp cloth, and avoiding harsh chemicals.
Filter Maintenance: Involves turning off power and the angle valve, unscrewing the angle valve nut, removing and cleaning the filter net with a toothbrush under running water, then reinstalling.
Spray Nozzle Maintenance:
- Self-cleaning: The nozzle automatically extends for cleaning when the "REAR/MOVE" button on the main unit is short-pressed while no one is seated.
- Disassembly: The nozzle can be removed and cleaned separately when it moves forward.
- Cleaning: Use only a soft cloth or soft brush; avoid pulling or pushing the wand.
- Retraction: Press the "Stop" button to return the spray wand to its normal position.
Emergency Troubleshooting: The manual provides solutions for common issues such as no water from the nozzle, poor water spraying, low water/seat/dryer temperature, spray wand malfunction, remote control display issues, deodorization malfunction, and no flush when power is off.
