What to do if Glacier Bay toilet keeps running?
    • C
      cordovalauraJul 28, 2025
If water continues to run in your Glacier Bay toilet, check that the rubber seal gasket on the flush valve is completely closed. Remove any debris from the gasket surface and the sealing area of the flush valve that might be preventing a complete seal.

Why is my Glacier Bay toilet flush weak?

      Laura ChandlerAug 7, 2025
If the flush quality of your Glacier Bay toilet is poor: * Ensure the water level in the tank reaches the water line marked on the overflow tube of the flush valve. To raise the water level, turn the adjustment screw on the fill valve clockwise to lift the float cup. * Check that the push rods are properly adjusted, with a gap of about 1/16 inch above the flush valve push buttons. Adjust by loosening the collar on the push rod and turning the rod counterclockwise to lengthen it. Secure by tightening the collar.

How to fix Glacier Bay toilet fill valve that won't turn on?
    • H
      heather46Aug 18, 2025
If the fill valve of your Glacier Bay toilet doesn't turn on, won't turn off, or fails to refill the tank after flushing, a partial blockage may be present at the shut-off valve or in the water supply line. Remove the top cap and inspect for debris. If debris is found or the water flow is weak, check the lower section of the fill valve for any partial blockages. See “REMOVING THE VALVE CAP ASSEMBLY & FLUSHING OUT DEBRIS”.
