Why are there no video and audio from my Globo Digital Cable DVB-C Receiver?

If you're experiencing a lack of both video and audio with your Globo Receiver, here are a few things to check: * Ensure the receiver is powered ON and not in standby mode. * Verify that the RCA Jack or SCART cable is securely connected to the video input port on your TV. * Confirm that the correct channel or video output is selected on your television. * Adjust the brightness level on your TV. * Ensure your TV is set to the correct receiving channel. * For Slave units, check the F-type connector and RF cables for secure and correct connections, including the Remote sensor Adaptor Box.
