Isolate supply. Isolate external controls
from terminals 1 and 2 of the five pole
connector. Link terminals 1 and 2 in the 5
pole connector. Restore supply.
Does pump operate?
Isolate supply. Disconnect wiring at
selector switch. With switch in the "ON"
position is there continuity across switch terminals?
Check wiring of external controls,
rectify as necessary.
Reconnect selector switch.
Disconnect block 4 from PCB.
Is there continuity across selector switch pins on
block 4?
Link terminals 5 and 6 on block 6.
Restore supply.
Does pump operate?
NO

Faulty switch. Replace.
Faulty control PCB. Replace.
Does pump operate?
YES

NO
Check continuity from block 4 to
selector switch. Rectify as necessary
Check continuity of cable between
five pole connector and block 6.
