  If the LED on the front panel of your Gold Note Power Supply is off, it could be due to a damaged or unplugged power cord. Check the power cord to ensure it's not damaged and properly connected to both the power outlet and the AC plug on the PSU-10. Also, verify that the master switch on the rear panel of the PSU-10 is turned on.

  If your PH-10 isn't showing the icon indicating that the Gold Note PSU-10 is connected, the PSU CONNECTION CABLE might not be properly plugged in. Ensure the PSU CONNECTION CABLE isn't damaged and is securely connected to the PSU OUT port on the PSU-10 and the PSU port on the PH-10.
