NYLON SPACER, 0.4 ID X .78 OD X .25 THICK
Attach upper arms as shown, the long leg of upper arm
attaches to pole, bolt (#21) can be snug tightened as it is a
pivot point. Make sure the nylon spacers (#40) have been
installed between the arm and the pole as the detail shows.
