6. Pivot upper arms up and attach to the
outside of Backboard frame as shown.
Make sure you have a Nylon Washer
(#34) between the arms and the
backboard frame. Tighten this hardware
until snug tight but do not collapse
tubes.

AFTER THE BACKBOARD IS ATTACHED SNUG
TIGHTEN THE BOARD ARM BRACE HARDWARE,
FROM PAGE 23, BUT DO NOT COLLAPSE THE TUBES.
NOTE
