Problem What to do
I can’t turn ON my
Water Speaker.
Make sure that the Water Speaker is fully
charging.
Press the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds to
turn it ON.
I can’t hear my music.
I can’t pair the Water
Speaker with my
Bluetooth device.
Turn on the Water Speaker.
Make sure that the LINE IN cable is not
connected.
Turn the Water Speaker ON.
Use the volume control on your device to
turn the volume up.
My device keeps on
disconnecting from
the Water Speaker.
Make sure the Water Speaker is fully charged.
If the LINE IN cable is connected, remove it.
Make sure that your device is not further than
10 meters away from the Water Speaker.
