1. Make sure that the car jack and the vehicle are on a hard, level surface.
2. Always apply the vehicle's handbrake and lock the wheels.
3. Refer to the vehicle manual for information to verify the location of the
jacking points for attaching the car jack and place the car jack below the
prescribed jacking point. To lift vehicles with greater ground clearance, turn
the lifting plate upwards until it stops.
4. Turn the drain valve clockwise to the closed position. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN
THE VALVE BEYOND THE CLOSED POSITION.
5. To lift the vehicle to the desired height, insert the handle into the pedestal
and use the handle to perform upward and downward pumping motions.
6. Insert the chassis stands in the positions under the vehicle recommended by
the vehicle manufacturer. Do not go under the vehicle if it is not supported by
appropriate chassis stands. Car jacks are not designed to hold heavy loads
for long periods of time.
1. Remove the chassis stands. Take care that neither you nor any other
person is under the vehicle whilst it is being lowered.
2. Turn the release valve anti-clockwise SLOWLY to lower the vehicle onto
the floor.
The product must be maintained according to the product instructions.
No modifications may be made to this product.
1. Before use, a visual check must be carried out with regard to any
unusual state of the appliance, such as cracked welding seams, damage,
bent, worn, loose or missing parts.
2. The appliance check must be carried out in accordance with the
instructions in this manual.
3. The product must be checked straight away if you know that it has been
exposed to unusual loads or knocks. The owners and/or operators should
be aware that repairing this product requires special equipment and
knowledge. (See #4 in the Maintenance section).
The car jack should be serviced and repaired in accordance with the
manufacturer's instructions. Such maintenance and repairs should only
be carried out by qualified specialists.
1. Lubricate the pressure plunger, joints, plate and pump mechanism with
light oils.
2. Perform a visual inspection for cracked welds, bent, loose, missing parts
or leaks from which hydraulic oil is leaking.
3. The product must be inspected immediately if you suspect that it has
been subjected to abnormal loads or impacts.
4. Any hydraulic car jack on which damage or signs of wear has been
determined must no longer be used.
5. Clean all surfaces and preserve all labels and warning notices.
6. Check and obtain the intended oil level for the pressure plunger.
7. Check the pressure plunger approx. every three months for signs of rust
or corrosion. Clean and wipe with an oily cloth if necessary. When the
device is not in use, it should always be stored with the saddle and
pressure plunger lowered.
