      Your Graco Water Pump might fail to operate due to several reasons: inadequate air supply pressure or restricted air lines (increase air supply and/or clear restriction); closed or clogged valves (open and/or clear); clogged fluid lines, hoses, valves, etc. (relieve pressure and clear obstruction); damaged air motor (assess damage and service air motor); or exhausted fluid supply (refill and reprime or flush).

      If your Graco Water Pump operates but the output is low on both strokes, it could be due to inadequate air supply or a restricted air line (increase air supply and /or clear restriction); closed or clogged valves (open and/or clear); exhausted fluid supply (refill fluid supply and reprime pump or flush); or clogged fluid lines, hoses, valves, etc. (relieve pressure and clear obstruction).

      Erratic operation of your Graco Water Pump can be caused by an exhausted fluid supply, so refill and reprime or flush. It may also be caused by a held open or worn intake valve or piston packings, so clear and service them.
