      Your Graco Water Pump might fail to operate due to several reasons. It could be due to inadequate air supply pressure or restricted air lines, in which case you should increase air supply and clear any obstructions. Other potential causes include closed or clogged valves (open and clean them), clogged fluid lines, hoses, valves, etc. (clear them). A damaged air motor (service the air motor) or an exhausted fluid supply (refill and reprime, or flush) could also be the reason.

      If your Graco Water Pump has continuous air exhaust, it is likely due to a worn or damaged air motor gasket, packing, or seal. To resolve this, service the air motor.
