      If your Graco Paint Sprayer's pump output is low, several factors could be responsible. First, ensure that your paint supply is adequate by refilling and repriming the pump. A clogged spray tip can also cause this issue; relieve the pressure and then clean the spray tip. Additionally, check and clean the intake strainer, and make sure the fluid filter or tip filter isn't clogged or dirty. If these steps don't resolve the problem, the intake valve ball and piston ball might not be seating properly, so remove the intake valve, clean it, and inspect the balls and seats for any damage, replacing them if needed. Another potential cause is a leaking prime valve; relieve the pressure and repair the prime valve. Finally, leaking around the throat packing nut could indicate worn or damaged packings...
