What to do if the refilling pump stalls and pressurized, but it is not filling the tank in Graco Compact Dyna-Star 25P686 Control Unit?

If the refilling pump stalls and is pressurized but isn't filling the tank of your Graco Control Unit, it could be due to a couple of reasons. First, the Auto-Fill Shut Off valve might be closed and needs resetting. To resolve this: 1. Disconnect the refilling line. 2. Pull and hold the fill valve pressure relief knob to relieve line pressure between the fill valve and the Auto-Fill Shut Off valve, as well as between the remote fill station pump and the fill valve. 3. Check that the valve pin is down. Alternatively, the filter in the refilling line might be clogged. Try removing and cleaning the filter. If it's damaged, replace it with a new one.
