What to do if my Graf Water Pump has no display and no light due to mains failure?
    • L
      littlestephanieAug 20, 2025
If there is a mains failure resulting in no display or light on your Graf Water Pump, check the power supply to both the system and the control system. Ensure the system is turned on. Verify the voltage at the control cabinet. In case of a power outage, waiting for the resumption of the power supply might be the only solution.

Why is the water level in the activation tank of my Graf Water Pump unusually high?
    • C
      collierbrandonAug 22, 2025
If the water level in the activation tank of your Graf Water Pump is unusually high, it could be due to several reasons. The system might be running in holiday mode; if so, end holiday mode. There might be incorrect control system settings, which should be checked by a maintenance technician. A clogged drain siphon can cause this issue, so allow the tank to be pumped out and clean the siphons. Also, check for leaks in the air hose to the drain siphon and seal any hose connections. If the system has been flooded from an external water source, wait for the flooding to subside. In case of a defective control system, contact a maintenance company.

    • S
      Sherry RamirezSep 4, 2025
If the water level in your Graf Tank Equipment's activation tank is unusually high, it could be due to several reasons. The system might be in holiday mode or stuck in cycle pause. Incorrect control system settings, a clogged drain siphon, a leaking air hose to the drain siphon, or external flooding could also be the cause. In rare cases, the control system itself may be defective. To resolve this, end holiday mode if active. Have a maintenance technician check the control system settings. Allow the tank to be pumped out and clean the siphons. Seal any leaking hose connections. Wait out any flooding. If problems persist, contact a maintenance company.
