The drainage system from this property discharges to a
wastewater treatment plant (or septic tank, as appropriate). The
owner is legally responsible for routine maintenance and to ensure
that the system complies with any discharge consent issued by
the relevant authority for your area and that it does not present a
health and safety hazard or a nuisance.
Graf UK recommend service and maintenance should be carried out
at least once a year by a qualied engineer.
