OPERATION
Pre-set programmes
These are programmes with specic settings of function, temperature and duration that are
most suitable for a given dish.
In standby mode, when the function selector knob is set to the “0” position, touch and hold
and the P01 pre-set programme will be shown on the display. Use the +/– knob to select
the pre-set programme from the following table. After a few seconds the corresponding heat-
ing function number “P01:06” ashes. Now use the +/– function selector knob to select the
function. The function number will disappear and the oven will start.

unplug the meat probe during any function,
the appliance will go into standby.
Note: Time operation and delayed timed
operation cannot be used together with the
meat probe. If you pug in the meat probe,
the timed operation will be cancelled. The
set temperature inside the oven cavity and
the set function are not aected.
