You can select the desired stick mode as shown in Fig. (12) using the two mode switches and
the four reverse switches in the front cover of the transmitter:

Thus model helicopter pilots who are used to pull the throttle stick to increase thrust instead of
pushing it can select this mode of operation by reverse switch 3.
