manufacturer's service center.

detailed instructions.

Change more often in dirty, dusty
conditions.
CHECKING SAFETY INTERLOCK
SYSTEM
Test the safety interlock system before each
use. If the system does not function properly,
do not operate the unit until repairs are made.
See Safety Interlock System on page 13.
CHECK FASTENERS
Be certain that all hardware is tightened to
the proper torque. Pay special attention to
mower blades, guards and safety shields.
CHECK PARKING BRAKE
With parking brake engaged, push unit.
1. Engage parking brake, shut off engine
and remove key.
2. Disengage transmission. See Moving
Unit Manually on page 16. in Operation
on page 13..
3. Push unit.
If unit rolls, adjust parking brake. See
Adjusting Parking Brake on page 21.
CHECK TIRES
Adjust front tires to 12 - 15 PSI (82.8 -
103.4 kPa). Adjust rear tires to 20 - 25 PSI
(137.9 - 172.4 kPa).
CHECK HYDRAULIC OIL LEVEL
Check hydraulic oil level before each use.
IMPORTANT: Hydraulic tank MUST be filled
before starting engine.
